Who we are
WiFi Workspace is a trading name of GPUCONNECT LIMITED (company number 14124469). GPUCONNECT LIMITED is the controller of personal information collected through this website.
Information we collect
When you make an enquiry, we may collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, postcode, property type, preferred contact time and the details you provide about your WiFi problem.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, check whether your premises are in our service area, arrange an assessment and provide requested services. Our usual lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries.
Forms and service providers
The initial website form is transmitted using FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, and then delivered to our business email. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information in the form. This notice should be reviewed against the final hosting and form setup before launch.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and security
We do not sell your details. Information may be handled by service providers supporting our website, email, hosting or business administration, under appropriate safeguards. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your information, and to object or complain. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
