Yes. The advertised assessment price is £49.95 including VAT for an eligible home or small-business premises within our standard Berkshire service area.
Will you fix the WiFi during the visit?
The visit is an assessment rather than an installation appointment. We may identify simple placement or configuration improvements, but equipment, cabling and installation are not included. Any further work would be discussed and quoted separately.
Do I have to buy equipment from you?
No. The purpose of the assessment is to give you a useful, understandable recommendation. There is no obligation to buy equipment or book further work.
How long will the assessment take?
The time depends on the size and layout of the premises. We will confirm the expected visit length and scope when arranging your appointment.
What should I have ready?
Please make sure the router and relevant rooms are accessible. It also helps to note where problems occur, which devices are affected and when the issue is most noticeable.
Do you cover areas outside Berkshire?
Our initial service area is Berkshire. If you are nearby, submit your postcode and we will let you know whether a visit is possible and whether any travel charge would apply before you commit.
